Account Registration and Use

User Responsibilities
By accessing the Services, you agree to:

Fees and Payment
Fees for virtual, telephone, or in-person consultations are listed on our patient portal and are subject to change. Users are responsible for staying informed about current rates.
CardioVerseMD does not process insurance claims. It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your health plan. All fees must be paid upfront, regardless of potential reimbursement.
Intellectual Property
CardioVerseMD and its affiliates retain all rights, titles, and interests in the Services, including intellectual property rights. Any feedback or suggestions you provide become the property of CardioVerseMD.
You may not:

Service Modifications and Termination

Emergency Situations
CardioVerseMD does not provide emergency cardiac care. If you experience symptoms such as chest pain or shortness of breath, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency facility immediately.
Communications
We may communicate with you via our secure, HIPAA-compliant portal, text messages, or email. Medical communications will only occur through our encrypted platform.
By enrolling in our Text Messaging program, you consent to receive messages, including promotional content and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the U.S. If your mobile number changes, please notify us to update your preferences.
